Julius J. Carry III the man who portrayed Sho’nuff The Shogun of Harlem in The Last Dragon was only 56 when he died from pancreatic Cancer on this day in 2008. Can you believe that it has already been 5 years since his passing?
It’s hard to put into words just how great of a job he did on screen in The Last Dragon. Sho’nuff is quite possibly the greatest movie villain of all-time. His bad-assness must be seen to be appreciated. Check out some of his video highlights below:

Julius J. Carry III that’s who! Not surprisingly JJC3 wasn’t only great as Sho’nuff; his acting career spanned 3 decades from the late 70’s until the year he died in the late 2000’s. He appeared in several movies and many TV series including starring roles on “The Adventures of Brisco County Jr.” and “Doctor, Doctor” and re-accuring guest appearances on Murphy Brown, Family Matters, A Different World, Two Guys, a Girl and a Pizza Place, and Boy Meets World.
